Gallery 659 is a cooperative-style art gallery in Glencoe, Illinois. Paintings, ceramics, jewelry, photography, fiber art and sculpture of member artists are shown. The gallery exhibit changes monthly and consists of a group show by four member artists, an all-member show or a group invitational show. In addition to the gallery space, there is a boutique space show-casing jewelry, wearable art, ceramics, smaller paintings, photographs and prints.
In addition to its regular hours (Tuesday - Saturday, 11 - 5), the gallery is sometimes open on Sundays for Sunday Salon events. These include music performances, poetry and literary readings, discussions, lectures, trunk shows, etc.
Please contact Susi Goldstein if you are interested in renting our space for your fundraiser or special event.
